Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to initiate appropriate action to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 5 to 9 in S.No.691, Vadakarai Athur Melmugam Village, Paramathi Velur Taluk, Namakkal District based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.02.2021.

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Ms.N.Mohanapriya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4.

2. Learned Government Advocate submits that within three months, survey would be conducted and if any encroachment is found upon survey, then, action in accordance with law would be undertaken.

4. In view of the above statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
