ORDER

Leaned counsel for the respondents submits that Contempt Petition No.776

of 2024 was closed on 05.04.2024 based on the representation made by the contempt petitioner that the orders had been complied with. Subsequently, a petition was filed by the contempt petitioner to recall the order of closing the contempt petition, and a learned Single Judge of this Court ordered the contempt petition to be reopened. Aggrieved by the same, the respondents have filed LPA No.30 of 2025 and the Hon'ble Division Bench has granted a stay on the reopening order. Since the Contempt Petition is now to be decided by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA.No.30 of 2025, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
