This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.02.2020 within a stipulated time frame.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that a complaint was lodged by the Petitioner dated 03.02.2020, and on receipt of the same, the second respondent conducted an enquiry and closed as mistake of fact on 20.02.2020 and also there is a civil case pending between the de-facto complainant and the petitioner.
