2. Mrs.C.Sangamithirai, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent submits that as per the letter sent by the Scheme Officer, Adi Dravida and Schedule Tribes Welfare Department, Namakkal District stating that the petitioner has paid the amount of Rs.52,581/- into the Government Account on 04.12.2018. She has also enclosed a copy of the chalan and letter dated 13.03.2024, wherein an amount of Rs.29,544/- was remitted into the Government Account in respect of the excess payment of Food charges for the Chengarai Government Schedule Tribes Boarding and Lodging Primary School by the petitioner from 01.08.2011 to 08.08.2011

3. The learned Special Government Pleader would also further submit that entire amount received by the petitioner was thus paid and nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Page No. 2 of 4

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
