This Contempt Petition has been filed for willful disobedience of the order made in W.P.No.33781 of 2014, dated 28.01.2015.

ordered in W.A.SR.No.28832 of 2015, filed by the respondent as against the order in the Writ Petition.

3. Since the matter is seized of by the Hon'ble Division Bench, the Contempt Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies after the disposal of the Writ Appeal. No costs.
