No.14 of 2012 dated 15.04.2013 passed by the Principal Sessions and District Judge, Cuddalore, confirming the Judgment and sentence in S.C.No.155 of 2011 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Panruti dated 14.02.2012 and acquit the petitioners.

When the criminal revision case is taken up for hearing on 17.09.2018, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even though the revision is pending from the year 2013, today, the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", even today also there is no representation for the petitioner and hence this Court has no other option except to dismiss the same for non prosecution.
