The respondents in all these applications are being represented by their counsel. It is stated that the arbitration proceeding is initiated and it is pending. Therefore, all the applications are closed with the following conditional order :

The vehicles shall not be alienated or altered or encumbered without further orders from this Court or the Arbitrator or until the completion of the Arbitration Proceedings and if award is passed, the applicant shall be at liberty to proceed as per law. The Arbitration proceedings, if not already initiated, should be initiated within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.Considering the fact that a common Advocate Commissioner was appointed in all these cases and considering the report filed by the Advocate Commissioner and also the memos seeking additional remuneration, this Court is of the view that he is entitled to get an additional remuneration of Rs.30,000/-. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand only) as additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner within seven days from today.
