[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has already filed a habeas corpus petition in H.C.P.No.1201 of 2021 through another counsel viz., Mr.Deepanuday, which was closed of by this Court on 10.08.2021, granting liberty to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to approach the appropriate Court for the custody of her children.

2.Suppressing the same, the petitioner has filed the present petition.
