ORDER

The present revision has been filed against an interim order passed in Crl.M.P.No.3856 of 2013 in M.C.No.6 of 2013, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Vellore. The Trial Court allowed the interim application filed by the respondents directing the petitioners herein to remove themselves from the share hold house and are restraining them to enter the portion of shared house hold in which the respondents reside. Learned counsel for the respondents stated that he has no instructions with regard to this from his client. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the matter has been settled in Lok Adalat and also produced the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order copy passed in Lok Adalat Case No.331 of 2015 dated 06.11.2015.
