..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.01.2023 and thereby providing/issuing the petitioner with the genuineness certificate in respect of the property situated at Old Village No.173, New Village No.33, Selaiyur Village, comprised in Old Survey No.312/3, as per Tambaram Town Field Survey Register No.18/4 in Ward No.1, Block No.31, measuring to a at extent of 0.19 cents of un-divided share.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.01.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 14.01.2023 to issue the genuineness certificate to the petitioner, in respect of the property situated at Old Village No.173, New Village No.33, Selaiyur Village, comprised in Old Survey No.312/3, as per Tambaram Town Field Survey Register No.18/4 in Ward No.1, Block No.31, measuring to an extent of 0.19 cents of un-divided share. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents, as on date. Hence, this petition.
3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 14.01.2023 will be disposed of by the respondents 1 and 2 within a period of 6 weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 14.01.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
