These applications have been filed by the applicant seeking to annul the order of adjudication dated 18.08.2017, 12.03.2018 and 05.02.2018 in I.P.Nos.6, 22 of 2017 & 1 of 2018, respectively. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that subsequent to the order of adjudication dated 18.08.2017, 12.03.2018 and 05.02.2018, learned Official Assignee called for the claim and settled the same. Therefore, he prayed to allow the present application. 3.Learned Official Assignee would submit that subsequent to the order of the adjudication dated 18.08.2017, 12.03.2018 and 05.02.2018, he called for the claim and he received 30 claims and all the claims were settled. He would further submit that he has no objection to allow the present application.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned Official Assignee and considering the fact that all the claims have been settled, this Court feels that it would be appropriate to annul the order of adjudication dated 18.08.2017, 12.03.2018 and 05.02.2018 in I.P.Nos.6, 22 of 2017 & 1 of 2018, respectively.
