1. This application has already been disposed of by this Court, vide order dated 27.09.2016.

2. The Registry is directed not to show the application in the cause list. C.P.No.07 of 2016

3. The Official Liquidator (OL) has filed his report dated 28.11.2016, based on the copy of the order dated 27.09.2016, downloaded from the website.

3.1. In the said report, the OL states that notices have been issued to the Ex-Directors, for filing statement of affairs and furthermore, meeting of the secured creditors is slated for 30.11.2016.

4. I am informed by the OL that the petitioner has not deposited the sum of Rs.50,000/- as directed by this Court.

5. Ms.Bhavani Priya, who appears for the petitioner seeks accommodation for compliance of the directions issued by this Court, with regard to the deposit of money towards initial expenses.

6. Let the needful be done within a period of two (2) weeks from today.
