3. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and there is no serious objection on the side of the respondents, however, pleaded that the documents shall be received subject to proof and relevancy.

4. Considering the nature of the applications and the averments made, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the applications are allowed. Therefore, the applications are allowed, however, subject to proof and relevancy.
