Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides. 2.

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order and directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.19523 of 2014 dated 16.02.2015. 3.

On the last occasion, it was represented that the order passed by the respondent University dated 10.07.2015 is without taking note of the observation made by this Court in order dated 16.02.2015.

Therefore, the petitioner was directed to serve notice on the learned Standing Counsel on the respondent and accordingly, notice has been served and they appeared before this Court on two earlier occasions.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent that the petitioner has challenged the proceedings of the respondent University dated 10.07.2015 in W.P.No.21967 of 2015, but the same was allowed by order dated 22.07.2015. Thereafter the university has passed a fresh order dated 18.08.2015, which is also challenged in W.P.No.29653 of 2015.

In the light of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to raise all the contentions in the Writ Petition filed by him, which is pending consideration.
