This petition has been filed to amend the petitioner's name as Sugel, instead of Sugesh in Crl.M.P.No.1403/2023 in Crl.RC No.183/2023.

2. Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
