O R D E R
(Order of the Court was delivered by S.Manikumar, J) Though the petitioner has sought for a writ of mandamus, to forbear the respondents, from in any way altering the nature and usage of lands, in respect of the lands, at S.No.33/2 Avarapakkam, Tindivanam, he has not substantiated that the land in S.No.33/2, Avarapakkam, Tindivanam, has been described as Kuttai, in the revenue records and that reclassification and consequent allotment to the street vendors is bad. When attention of the above was brought to the notice to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. Permission is granted.
