This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.256 of 2015 and alter the section as ordered by this Court, pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent Police initially registered a case in Crime No.256 of 2015 under Section 174 Cr.P.C., and then the case has been altered into Section 306 I.P.C., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to expeditiously conduct the investigation.
