ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged wilful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.32183 of 2014, dated 19.01.2015. The said writ petition was closed as become infructuous leaving the petitioner to participate in the tender that may be called for.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has now submitted that in the subsequent tender also, the petitioner was not permitted to participate. If that be the case, it is the separate cause of action and it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy by way of an appropriate proceedings and this cannot be agitated in the present contempt proceedings.

3. With the above observation, the Contempt Petition is closed.
