ORDER
This writ petition has been filed against the impugned quarry permission issued by the 3rd respondent made in proceedings in N.Ka. No. 164/ Kanimam/2019 dated 05.07.2022 and to direct the 1st to 8th respondents to take all appropriate steps to stop and close down forthwith the entire mining activities done by the 9th respondent.
2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, he requests this Court to dismiss the present petition.
3. In view of the above, by recording the submission made by the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. 11-03-2026 nsa Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order
