ORDER
This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection for the petitioner's agricultural land measuring about 0.22 cents (Punja land), comprised in Survey Nos.583/1A and 583/2 (583/2A), situated at Papparapatti Village, Pennagaram Taluk,
2. Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.
3. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-Police submitted that both the petitioner and the 3rd respondent are claiming ownership over the property. Counter complaints were given by both parties and an inquiry was conducted in C.S.R.Nos.1726 and 1688 of 2012. The said inquiry was closed on 22.01.2012 on finding that the dispute involves rival claims of civil nature. Hence, the parties were directed to approach the appropriate Civil
Forum for redressal of their grievances and the said CSRs have been closed.
5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands closed.
