When the matter came up for hearing on 25.08.2021, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to list the case after two weeks. Thereafter, the matter came up for hearing today i.e on 01.10.2021. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, which shows that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to keep the matter pending any more. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
