Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2021 and transfer the respondents 6

and 7 to any other district as per the guidelines issued by the 4th respondent in No.437/6/1/INST/ECI/ FUNCT/MCC/2020, dated 18.12.2020, within a time frame.

2. The Election Commission is represented and it is submitted on its behalf that the sixth and seventh respondents have no responsibilities and duties in connection with the elections.

In view of such statement of the Election Commission, W.P.No.5207 of 2021 is disposed of without any order. There will be no order as to costs.
