ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.SM.Jayaraj Houston, learned counsel appearing for M/s.Sarvabhauman Associates for the petitioner and Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondent 1 to 3.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that against the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, the petitioner can approach the District Revenue Officer by filing an appeal.

3. In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy, as may be permissible under law. Consequently, W.M.P.No.7761 of 2024 is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
