COMMON ORDER Today, the landlord is present and Mr.Vinay Kanodia and Pankaj Kanodia/tenants appeared through video conferencing and they have been identified by their respective counsel and their mother Mrs.Naina Kanodia/tenant is not present. Joint memo of compromise entered into the parties has been filed before this Court, wherein, the tenants have agreed to vacate the premises on or before 31.01.2025. The same is agreeable for the landlord. The landlord has given up all the differential arrears of rent. The amount already deposited by the tenants will be withdrawn by them from the XVI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai. On filing of the application by the tenants for withdrawal of such amounts, the said application shall be disposed of expeditiously.

2. In view of the consensus arrived between the parties and undertaking to hand over the vacant possession of the premises to the landlords by 31.01.2025, the civil revision petitions stand disposed of with a direction to the tenants to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the Page 2 / 4

premises on or before 31.01.2025. The joint memo of compromise filed by the petitioner shall form part and parcel of the Court records. No costs.
