1. The petitioner is the mother of the detenu. The detenu is Master Santhosh @ Ezhilvendan, who is about 8 years of age.
2. Though the counsel for the petitioner is not present in Court, the petitioner is present in Court.
3. It appears that the petitioner had handed over the custody of the child, i.e., the detenu to the 3rd respondent. The 3rd respondent is, apparently, the sister of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. We have interviewed the petitioner, the 3rd respondent and the detenu, i.e., Master Santhosh @ Ezhilvendan. The detenu, i.e., Master Santhosh @ Ezhilvendan appears to be happy in the custody of the 3rd respondent.
5. Therefore, for the moment, we are of the view that no further orders are called for.
6. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
