Mr. Vellaladurai, ..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent relating to the impugned orders in Pro.Mu.Mu.No.38537/2007/E1, dated 20.11.2007 and the consequential order passed by the 2nd respondent in his Pro.Mu.Mu.No.9565/2007/A2 dated 29.11.2007, quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to restore the status quo ordered in and by Pro.Pa.Mu.6569/2005/A2 dated 31.08.2005 and subsequently extended in Pro.Na.Ka.No.451/06/A2 dated 26.06.2007 and in O.Mu.4197/2007(A2) dated 26.04.2006 by the 2nd respondent. ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner has sought for permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.
