When the Criminal Revision was taken up for hearing on 31.10.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was posted on 15.11.2018.

2. Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Till date, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken any effective steps to serve notice to the respondent, since the matter is pending for more than seven years. Hence, the Criminal Revision case is dismissed for default.
