ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble J. Nisha Banu J) This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 532 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

view that the delay may be condoned, on payment of costs.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 20.12.2024.

5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it "for admission" on 21.12.2024, if the same is otherwise in order.

6. If the costs is not paid on or before 20.12.2024, this C.M.P. stands dismissed without further reference to this Court.
