ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] It appears that action was indeed taken pursuant to the order passed by this court. That was also challenged by way of separate writ petition in W.P.No.24093 of 2017.

2. In such view of the matter, we do not find any willful disobedience of the order of this court which was only to direct the official respondents concerned to consider and dispose of the representations, on their own merits. This contempt petition is, therefore, closed as nothing survives for further adjudication, however with a liberty to the petitioner to approach bench before which the writ petition is pending by way of appropriate petition for impleading himself as party respondent.
