The above Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer O.P.No.286 of 2022 pending on the file of Additional District Court No.1, Tirunelveli to the Family Court at Chennai.

2. The respondent-wife had filed O.P.No.286 of 2022 on the file of the Additional District Court No.1, Tirunelveli for divorce. 1/3

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent has no objection to the transfer being ordered.

5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and O.P.No.286 of 2022 pending on the file of the Additional District Court No.1, Tirunelveli is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court at Chennai. The Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the OP within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
