O R D E R

Mr.P.R.Dilip Kumar, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Since this writ petition is being disposed of, without affecting the interest of the fourth respondent, notice to the said respondent is dispensed with.

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider here representation dated 08.02.2018, wherein and whereby, she sought for disconnection of electricity power supply given in the name of the fourth respondent in respect of the property at No.44/2, Thatchi Arunachala Mudali Street, Chennai-600 004.

3. According to the petitioner, she is the owner of the subject matter property and the fourth respondent is a trespasser.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2018 and pass appropriate orders on the same, if there is no legal impediment for the first respondent to do so, after hearing the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent and the other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
