ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC r/w Section 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.26 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The petitioner herein had created ruckus at the defacto complainant's residence when the defacto complainant has arranged bride seeing ceremony for his daughter.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that due to the ruckus caused by the petitioner and abused language used by him, the ceremony got aborted.

5. Taking note of the fact that the unruly behaviour of the petitioner, abused language used by him and threatening words engaged by him has now ended up in cancellation of bride seeing ceremony.
6. Considering the overt act of the petitioner herein, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.
