C.M.P.No.12834 of 2016 in C.R.P.No.4504 of 2011 & M.P.No.1 of 2011 C.T.SELVAM.J., This petition has been filed by the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent praying to permit the petitioners to bring on record (i)Mrs.V.Dhanalakshmi, (ii)B.Raghuram and (iii) B.Hariram as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent N.Balraj, as respondents 5 to 7 in C.R.P.No.4504 of 2011.

2. Heard Mr.P.Veeraraghavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Therefore, considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of petition and after hearing learned counsel appearing for petitioner, this petition is allowed.
