Pursuant to the order passed by the Court, in W.P.No.33080 of 2016 dated 21.09.2016, the respondent has passed an order on 19.12.2017. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the order has been communicated to the petitioner. However, the learned

counsel appearing for the petitioner does not have instructions as to whether the order has been communicated to the petitioner. If the order has not been communicated, the respondent shall communicate the same to the petitioner by registered post with acknowledgement due within a period of one week from today without waiting for this order copy. 2.
