This petition is listed today under the caption 'for being spoken to' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the light of the Memo of Compromise filed by both the parties on 01.02.2023, the Revision petition was disposed of on 13.02.2023, however, in the said order, the word "may be raised." has been inadvertently omitted and pleaded to include the same.

3. Accordingly, in the 2nd Paragraph, the inner Paragraph No.4 shall be deleted and in the said place, the following shall be incorporated and a fresh order copy shall be issued:- "4. It is respectfully prayed that the order of attachment made in the schedule mentioned property in E.P.No.3040 of 2010 in O.S.No.276 of 2009 dated 31.10.2019 may be raised".

The Revision Petition is clarified accordingly.
