ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard V.Vasanthakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Government Pleader (i/c.) for respondents 1 and 3, and Mr.P.Mohanarangan, learned counsel for the second respondent.

2. The petitioner is seeking directions to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 28.11.2018.

3. The learned Government Pleader (i/c.) submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the parties. The said submission is recorded.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed at this stage. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
