ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner appearing in person is absent.
2. We have heard Mr.K.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 6 and 8 to 10.
3. The writ petition is of the year 2018. Direction is sought to take action against respondents for deliberate negligence in their duty. Earlier, in the year 2016, the petitioner had filed a writ petition bearing No.31457 of 2016, with the same prayer. In the said writ petition, this Court, while observing as to whether it is some inter se fight or a genuine endeavour for public interest, disposed it of with a direction to consider the petitioner's representation. The same relief is now sought in the present writ petition.
As none appears for the petitioner and the petition is of the year 2018, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
