This Writ Petition has been listed today at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that in the Order passed Writ Petition No.17237 of 2016, the name of the respondents and prayer have been wrongly typed.

3. In view of the above submissions, instead of the respondents mentioned in the Order in W.P.No.17237 of 2016, dated 06.01.2023 and prayer pragraphs in the Order shall be read as follows : Respondents shall be read as follows :

1. Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority, Represented by its Member Secretary, Thalamuthu Natarajan Malligai, Gandhi-Irwin Road, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008.

2. Perungalathur Town Panchayat, Represented by its Executive Officer, Having Office at Perungalathur, Chennai - 600 063.

3. The Foor Corporation of India Employees Co-operative House Building Society Limited, [MDS/HSG/135], represented by its President Mr.P.Krishnaparamathma, No.3, Haddows Road, Chennai.

vrc India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records of the first respondent in Letter No.L1/1552/2014-3 dated 21.04.2016 and to quash the same and to direct the first respondent to modify the road plan approval of the layout of the third respondent in S.No.346 of Perungalathur Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District by granting road access to the property of the Writ Petitions in S.No.353/2AIC2 of Perungalathur Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District. The first paragraph of the Order shall be read as follows : This Writ petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of the first respondent dated 21.04.2016 and to direct the first respondent to modify the road plan approval of the layout of the third respondent in S.No.346 of Perungalathur Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District by granting road access to the property of the Writ Petitioners in S.No.353/2AIC2 of Perungalathur Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

4. The registry is directed carry out the above corrections and issues fresh Order copy to the parties concerned.
