This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to call for the records pertaining to the complaint in CSR No.865 of 2023 dated 02.06.2023 and produce the investigation report.

2. Heard Mr.K.Karthik, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned additional Public Prosecutor appearing for first respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that enquiry is pending in CSR No.865 of 2023 and sought for some time to complete the enquiry.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to complete the enquiry and to take a decision in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. 2/4
