These petitions have been filed seeking to amend the satisfaction Court as XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, instead of XXII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.1742 of 2024 dated 09.02.2024 and to extend the time limit for complying with the conditions.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.1742 of 2024 and also issue fresh order copy in order dated 09.02.2024.

5.Since amendment had been ordered today, time is extended for complying the conditions till 08.03.2024.
