The learned Government Advocate for the respondent, as well as the learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.9616 of 2023 dated 29.03.2023 has been complied with.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
