ORDER

When this civil revision petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw the revision petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, considering the fact that the suit is for partition among family members and on considering the fact that the plaintiff is already 75 years old, the court below is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected CMP is closed.
