ORDER

The contempt petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for his failure to comply the order passed this court in W.P.No.12550 of 2024 dated 19.08.2024. This court, in the writ petition , directed the

respondent to consider the on-line application filed by the petitioner dated 26.06.2024 seeking survey of the property and pass orders on its own merits.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent filed compliance report stating that the on-line application of the petitioner was considered and a detailed order was passed by the respondent in his proceedings in se.mu.na.ka.1417/2024/S1, dated 08.11.2024, rejecting the on-line application of the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this contempt petition is closed. Since the on-line application of the petitioner was considered and rejected by the respondent, it is for the petitioner to challenge the above said order, if he is aggrieved by the same.
