This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 28.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29067 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of 10 days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
