2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to not press this petition and has made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the representation and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as not pressed.
