Pleader ***** C O M M O N O R D E R Petitioners have come up with the present Writ Petitions seeking to quash the impugned orders dated 12.01.2021 passed by the 2nd Respondent vide proceedings Nos.9335/HRD-2/2018-4 & 2331/HRD-2/2018-2.

When these matters were taken up for hearing, it was represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that, the Petitioners' service will not be disturbed till a decision is taken on the request of the Petitioners and only thereafter, intimation will be given with regard to the Petitioners' service and also their promotion.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, that the petitioners will not be divested of their duties till a decision is taken, a direction is issued to the Respondents to take a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

decision on the Petitioners' request as expeditiously as possible and the Respondents also shall not give effect to the impugned order dated 12.01.2021 for a period of four weeks, from the date of the decision that may be taken. The decision taken shall be communicated to the Petitioners within one week thereafter and if they are aggrieved by the decision, it is open to them to challenge the same in accordance with law. The Writ Petitions are disposed of with the above direction and observation. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
