This Criminal Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner, to call for the entire records in respect of the Judgment dated 03.04.2013 rendered by the Learned Principal District and Session Judge, Vellore in C.A.No.243 of 2011 and C.C.No.270 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham and set-aside the same.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of this Criminal Revision, the petitioner/A1 namely Shankar died on 20.11.2016 and to that effect, a Memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which is enclosed with the Death Certificate of Shankar / petitioner herein and hence the proceedings shall stand abated.

Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
