KP 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and that the investigation was completed and a final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Puducherry and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.159 of 2024.
