This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 271 days in representing the appeal.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the return papers have been inadvertently mixed up with the disposed bundles and hence, the delay had occurred and the same is not willful nor wanton.

3. Considering the nature of the suit filed and the averments in the affidavit filed along with this petition, this petition is Ordered.
