ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's revised plan filed in No.PPA received in SBC No.1014/2013 and approve his revised plan for the building situated in Plot No.74, III Main Road bearing Door No.3/74, Ayyanavaram Village in T.S. No.52/1, Block No.1, Villivakkam Village, Chennai 600 023.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submits that the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2014 submitted in connection with the approval of revised plan and for removal of lock and seal, will be considered by the second respondent within a period of six weeks.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent, we direct the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's aforestated representation dated 03.04.2014, in accordance with law and on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state that each and every submission averred by the petitioner in his representation is to be adverted to and a reasoned order is required to be passed. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction and observation. Costs made easy. Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
